Hand built bicycle frames made to exacting standards using traditional craftsman's methods and the best of modern materials.

Every frame is individually designed and built to meet the demands of the cyclist, with regard to the intended use, be it touring, racing or time-trialing.

3 Stages in the design process

• Our unique measuring jig enables us to experiment with the rider’s position to obtain the ultimate in comfort and performance - the position will of course be tailored towards the type of frame being ordered.
• Production of a full size drawing of the frame, which can then be inspected by the customer
• Manufacture of the frame on a precision jig. All Nimbus frames are hand built on specially designed jigs, which ensure no stresses are built into the frame whilst brazing.
